From the time you contact us, we will will make it a priority to schedule a sales representative to come out for a quotation.  Once scheduled, we will give a reminder call the day before to confirm the booking.  Our sales representatives aim to run on time time and will be prepared with samples of all blind types.  From there we will measure your windows, advise on blind types, and show you sample options.  All this is quick and efficient.  Generally quotations take no more than 30-60 minutes depending on how many windows you’d like us to quote on.  Once you accept a quotation, the ordering process is easy.

Upon receiving your deposit, we place your order, and alert you in around ten business days that your blinds have arrived.  We schedule an installation time that’s convenient for you.  We pride ourselves on installers well equipped, tidy, and efficient.  When we’re done with the installation we are sure you’ll love the blinds you purchased from us!
